Protest rally in Dohazari condemning murder of Chhatrasena leader Rais Uddin

A protest rally and procession were held in Dohazari Municipality of Chandanaish condemning the brutal murder of Maulana Rais Uddin, former president of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrasena Dhaka South City and central member.
On Wednesday at 4:00 PM, the program was organized in front of Hazari Shopping Center in Dohazari through a joint initiative of Ahale Sunnat Wal Jamaat, Islamic Front, and Chhatrasena. The event was presided over by Alhaj Maulana Khurshid Alam Rizvi and conducted by Imon Enam and Noor Hossain.
Speakers at the rally included Moktar Hossain Shibli, Kalimuddin, Harunur Rashid Hossain, Mohim Badsha, and Md. Anwar Hossain, among others.
The speakers alleged that Maulana Rais Uddin was deliberately killed through mob violence after being taken to the police station, where he was left without medical treatment. They demanded a speedy trial and exemplary punishment for those responsible.
After the rally, a protest procession paraded through the main roads of Dohazari Municipality and concluded back at Hazari Shopping Center. The program saw a significant turnout from both party activists and the general public.
