Prime Islami Life Insurance holds 26th AGM
Prime Islami Life Insurance Limited held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Sena Gaurav Hall of SKS Tower in Mohakhali, Dhaka, on Thursday.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammad Akhtar presided over the meeting, which was conducted by Company Secretary Abul Hasnat Muhammad Shamim.
During the session, Chairman Mohammad Akhtar presented an overview of the company’s operational activities and progress, expressing gratitude to shareholders for their continued trust and cooperation. He reaffirmed the company's commitment to modernizing customer services, enhancing operational efficiency, and safeguarding policyholders' interests. Members of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer Md. Samsul Alam, senior corporate officials, and shareholders attended the annual meeting.
