Online reg of graduates for DU's 54th Convocation : Preparatory meeting for inauguration of programme held

A preparatory meeting for the inauguration of the online registration process for graduates of the 54th convocation of Dhaka University was held on Thursday in the meeting room adjacent to the Vice-Chancellor's office. Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. ABM Obaidul Islam was virtually connected to the meeting as the chief guest.
The meeting, chaired by Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Prof Dr. Abdus Salam, was attended by ICT Cell Director Professor Dr. Mosaddek Hossain Kamal and other concerned officials.
The meeting reviewed various aspects of the online registration process of graduates, verification of the information provided, and making the registration fee payment system simple and orderly. During this time, a presentation was given on the various steps of the online registration process, information verification method, and payment management.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ABM Obaidul Islam directed to complete all technical preparations for the registration of graduates at the convocation as soon as possible. He said that coordination between the concerned departments must be strengthened to keep the graduates free from all kinds of hassles.
It is to be noted that the online application process for participants in the 54th convocation of Dhaka University will start from 8:00 am on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Applications can be made until 11:59 pm on Monday, November 30, 2026. Applications must be made online through the Dhaka University website https://convocation.du.ac.bd . The online application process must be completed in a total of 4 steps. The applicant must complete the first step by 11:59 pm on Monday, November 30. The online payment must be completed by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2026.
