One arrested with weapons in Manikchhari

Based on secret information, a joint operation was conducted by the 20th Field Regiment Artillery under the command of Captain Md. Shayen Kadir of Manikchhari Army Camp, Sindukchhari Zone, and arrested one Paimong Marma (24) on Sunday.
One manually loaded pistol (made in Myanmar),six rounds of 7.62 mm caliber bullets, a receipt book for collecting extortion, and Indian rupees were seized from the arrested terrorist. Later, the arrested terrorist was handed over to the Manikchhari police station. Captain Md. Shayen Qadir said that our operation against armed terrorists will continue.
Manikchhari Police Station OC Sheikh Mahmudul Hasan Rubel said, legal preparations are underway against the terrorist arrested with illegal weapons.
