It is learnt that since Makhon Chandra Sutradhar joined this upazila, he has been keeping a special vigil to stop illegal sand storage, illegal sand extraction, eve teasing, drugs, food hotels, prohibited electricity grids, prohibited China doors, and illegal sand trading in the upazila. The people of the upazila have gained trust in UNO Makhon Chandra Sutradhar due to the construction of roads and the speedy delivery of government allocations to the service seekers.
