NISCHA volunteers repair road at Guzia Port

Volunteers from Shibganj and Mokamtala Upazila branches of NISCHA have repaired the road at a place called Sajnatala on Guzia to Rahabal Road in Shibganj Union of Mokamtala, Bogura.
On Saturday afternoon, they repaired the road to alleviate the suffering of the people through voluntary work. It is known that people from about 20-25 villages, including 3,000 students from about 14-15 schools, travel on this important road in Guzia Port.
The road had been unusable due to the formation of potholes for a long time. Several accidents had occurred in the past due to the lack of repair of the road. After learning about the matter, NISCHA volunteers repaired the road. Present at the event were Shibganj Upazila Chairman Association President UP Chairman Zahurul Islam, General Secretary Abdul Hakim, Nischar President Rajiqul Islam Roni, Vice President Subir Dutta, General Secretary Rabiul Islam Robi, Joint General Secretary Joynal Abedin Nayan, Organizer Sohag Ahmed, Information and Research Secretary Mizanur Rahman, Joint Office Secretary Shafiul Islam Babu, Youth Affairs Secretary Osman Gani, Sports Affairs Shahan Ahmed, Members Raisul Islam, Mehedi Hasan, Volunteers Ferdous and Halim,.
Volunteers of Shibganj and Mokamtala Upazila branches want safe roads, saying that various works are being done to reduce road accidents on the occasion of the Safe Road Day on October 22. In continuation of that, the road at Gujia Port was renovated and made suitable for movement today. Our activities will continue in the future as well.
