Family Card Programme  :  Training for field data collectors,  supervisors begins in Rangamati

A two-day training workshop for field-level data collectors and supervisors has commenced with the aim of implementing the 'Family Card' programme .
 
The training was inaugurated on Saturday morning  at the conference room of the Rangamati Hill District Council's annex building. Dipon Talukdar, Chairman of the Rangamati Hill District Council, attended the event as the chief guest.
 
Presided over by Subimal Chakma, a member of the Rangamati Hill District Council and convener of the Social Services Department, the meeting was attended by Md. Faridul Alam, Deputy Director of the District Social Services Office, and Md. Abdur Rashid, Upazila Social Services Officer.
 
Speaking as the chief guest, he stated, "Through the Family Card, marginalized and financially disadvantaged families will be able to easily access various government benefits and services. Data collectors and supervisors must gather accurate information with the utmost dedication and sincerity. Special care must be taken to ensure that truly impoverished families are not deprived of this opportunity in any way."
 
Data collectors and supervisors from various unions and the municipality of Rangamati Sadar Upazila, as well as from Naniarchar Upazila, are participating in this two-day training program.
