Motorcyclists fined for not having a license

The mobile court fined 4700 taka to 8 motorcyclists in Juri upazila of Moulvibazar for not having a motorcycle license and not wearing a helmet. Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Ranjan Chandra Dey and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Sanjida Akhter fined this.
The mobile court conducted the raid on the front of the upazila on Wednesday afternoon. In this campaign, 8 persons have been fined for not having the necessary documents, helmet and driving license for the motorcycle.
A team of police under the leadership of Sub-Inspector (SI) of Juri police station Md. Obaid cooperated in this operation.
Upazila Nibarhi Officer Ranjan Chandra Dey and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Sanjida Akhter said that such operation will continue in public interest.
