Meet the Brilliant event was organized by Jaintapur Upazila Chhatra Shibir in Sylhet with a group of talented students.

It started at 10 am at Jaintapur Iradebi ground and ended at 1 pm on Friday with the award distribution. Talented students from all secondary schools of Jaintapur Upazila participated in it. It seemed like a crowd of talented teenagers gathered in the Upazila Sadar.

Jaintapur South President Maruf Ahmed hosted the event and Muhtasim Billah, Central International Secretary of Chhatra Shibir, was present as the chief guest.

Special guests included Sylhet District Jamaat Secretary and former Chairman of Jaintapur Upazila Parishad Joynal Abedin, South Korea's Dansin University Assistant Professor Dr. Aminur Rahman, Shibir's Sylhet District East President Maruf Ahmed Raju, District Publicity and Publication Secretary Mohasin Almas, Jaintapur North President Tarek Ahmed, South Secretary Siddiqur Rahman, North Secretary Hussain Ahmed. Also present were Upazila Jamaat Amir Golam Kibria, Secretary Rafiq Ahmed, Ronifaud Government Primary School Headmaster Mostaq Ahmed, Jaintapur Union Jamaat President Nurul Islam, and former UP member Abdus Shukkar.

The chief guest, said that the education sector was the most affected during the previous government's tenure. Due to which, Dhaka University, the highest university in Bangladesh, could not register its name in the title of the best educational institution in the world during the previous government's tenure.

The chief guest further said to the students, "Those of you who have attended the Meet the Brilliant program from various institutions today are an important part of the best talents of Jaintapur. Today, you should strive to be the best in your institution, the best in the upazila, the best in the district, the best in the country and the best in the world. My message today is that the journey of becoming the best in your institution and becoming the best should not end. You should dream of growing beyond your institution and take care of yourself. And Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir is always ready to provide maximum support to talented people like you in developing their talents." Special guest, District Jamaat Secretary and former Chairman of Jaintapur Upazila Joynal Abedin said, "We must hold onto the bloody spirit of martyr Abu Sayeed in July-August.

The previous fascist government did not allow a brilliant student from Jaintapur to study in Bangladesh, but he did not give up. With strong willpower, he completed his Masters and PhD from a Korean university and is teaching as an assistant professor in South Korea. He received that encouragement from Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir. Talented people like you should come forward to build a beautiful Bangladesh of the future. You should be the best in the world."

At the end of the program, all the talented people were given crests and educational materials.
