AGM of Credit Union Ltd held in Manikchari

Khagrachari Hill District Manikchari Upazila 3rd Co-operative Credit Union Limited 5th Annual General Meeting was held on Friday at the traditional Mahamuni Headman office.
At the beginning of the meeting, Credit Officer Crajai Marma gave welcome address.
At the general meeting, Chairman of the Credit Union Observation Committee, Thayangpru Marma, was the chief guest and District Manager Chhazen Aung Rakhine in Chittagong region as special guest.

At the end of the meeting, the guests' hand honors and the prizes were given to the depositors and savings depositors at the institution.
It is to be noted that Manikchari Upazila has been conducting the private development agency Karitas Bangladesh (ICDP) before the 21st for the sake of socio -economic development.
Later, on May 27, the Caritas Bangladesh authorities were vested to the members of the Managing Committee of the Co-Operative Credit Union, including 2 lakh Muldhan and 100 members. At present, the capital of the 24 villages in the upazila has stood at Tk. Five women and male officers and employees are working in the establishment.
