Kalapara Chowki Court Lawyers Assoc: President Nasir Uddin, Secretary Abul Hossain

Advocate Khandaker Nasir Uddin and Advocate Md. Abul Hossain have been re-elected unopposed as the president and secretary of Kalapara Chowki Court Lawyers Association of Patuakhali. Chowki Court Lawyers Association sources confirmed this information to the media on Thursday afternoon.
The Election Commission sold the nomination forms for all the posts of the president, general secretary and 11-member executive committee in the Chowki Court Lawyers Association election. But on the scheduled day of nomination submission, only one panel nomination form was submitted to the Election Commission. In this, Chief Election Commissioner Adv. Md. Shahjahan Parvez declared them as the winners unopposed on the scheduled day today.
Earlier, the annual general meeting of the Chowki Court Lawyers Association was held at the Lawyers Building of the Chowki Court.
Meanwhile, BNP Central Committee Training Secretary ABM Mosharraf Hossain MP, Upazila BNP President Haji Humayun Sikder, Citizens for Good Governance (SUJON), Kalapara Press Club, Reporters Unity, Television Journalists Forum and other leaders of various social, cultural and voluntary organizations congratulated Upazila BNP Organizing Secretary Adv Khandaker Nasir Uddin and Upazila Jubo Dal Joint Convener Adv Md. Abul Hossain for their re-election as the President of the new committee of the Kalapara Chowki Court Bar Association.
