Human chain in Pirojpur demanding cancellation of illegal appointments in banking sector including Islami Bank

The Anti-Discrimination Job Seekers Council and the Islami Bank Customer Forum have formed a human chain and protested demanding immediate merit-based recruitment by canceling the illegal recruitment in certain areas in the banking sector, including Islami Bank, and the immediate dismissal of incompetent officials illegally recruited by mafia S Alam from 2017 to 2024.
Members of the Islami Bank Customer Forum and the Anti-Discrimination Job Aspirants Council formed an hour-long human chain in front of the Zilla Parishad Market on Sonali Bank Road in the city at 10 am on Monday.
The hour-long human chain was addressed by Md. Ishaq Ali Khan, convener of the Islami Bank Customer Forum and Anti-Discrimination Job Seekers Council, Maulana Rafiqul Islam Bulbul, member secretary, Industrialist and Businessman Welfare Foundation district secretary and prominent businessman Md. Alamgir Hossain, joint general secretary of the Pirojpur district branch of the Bangladesh Book Publishers and Sellers Association ABM Ismail, and vice principal of Tanzimul Ummah Madrasa Pirojpur branch Maulana Lokman Hossain.
The speakers in the human chain said that during the previous Awami fascist government, the country's economy was destroyed by looting through corruption and irregularities in the banking sector .
