A human chain was organized by the Islami Bank in Manda in Naogaon demanding the pruning of illegal recruitment.
A huge human chain was held on Monday at 11am demanding the illegal recruitment of S Alam Group.at the Islami Bank Manda Branch premises.
Prominent businessmen, teachers, farmers and customers of all classes were present in the human chain.
Nur Nabi, an investment customer and prominent businessman of the bank in the human chain, said that after the occupation of S Alam Islami Bank, the bank continued to draw the destruction of destruction. In the first phase, to destroy the quality of the bank's services, the shopkeeper, homework, auto driver, mason's assistant and Sampan colormist, appointed 5 illiterate and semi-educated in different classes.
Khandaker Abdur Rahim, a customer and prominent businessman of the bank, said that in the past years only the people of Chittagong became much like the regional bank. They used to speak in the regional language of Chittagong all the time in the office. They did not change themselves even after repeatedly arguing, but their arrogant behavior has increased day by day. Their inefficiency and abuse have been severely affected by the quality of customer service.
The reputation of the Islamic Bank in the customer service goes down. Their language is not understood and the quality of service is low, causing extreme dissatisfaction among the customers. About 5 percent of the officials expressed their disobedience to the bank authorities by boycotting the special skill verification test recently for their qualifications. They are conducting various press conferences against the bank and are threatening the current management.
They showed the power of S Alam to abuse the colleges and not obey the guidance of the senior. If the manager or the senior would bring them to their rules, he would have threatened posting or jobs by false accusations against them. They were in the midst of terror because of their power and arrogance.
After the national elections, they are still threatening to return to the previous place including S Alam.
Prominent businessman and customer Aktar Hossain said that the loss of the bank was more than Tk 1500 crore a year behind these officials who were illegally appointed by S Alam. As a result, the bank has been affected by more than 10 thousand rupees in 7 years.
