Protest rally and human chain were held in Rangpur city on Monday morning by the Customers of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) demanding immediate cancellation of the appointment of illegal officials and employees appointed by the Islamic bank robbers and financial sector mafia S Alam Group and appointment of job candidates based on merit. At this time, it was demanded that the appointment of all illegal officials and employees appointed by the S Alam Group from 2017 to 2024 be immediately canceled.

The Islami Bank Customer Forum and the Anti-Discrimination Job Aspirants Council organized this protest rally and human chain. On Monday morning, separate protest rallies and human chains were held in front of the Islami Bank Bangladesh Rangpur branch located in the Jahaj Company Crossroad  area, the heart of Rangpur city, and in front of the Islami Bank Bangladesh Dhap branch located in the Dhap area, the heart of health service center in the city.

During the protest and human chain in front of the Rangpur branch of Islami Bank Bangladesh, prominent customers and academicians of Islami Bank Zillur Rahman Munshi, prominent customers Hossain Ahmed Babul, Mohammad Anwar Ali, Mohammad Ashraful Islam, Mohammad Abdul Awal, Mohammad Rezaul Karim, job seekers Mohammad Mansurul Hasan, Mohammad Shamsul Islam, among others, spoke.

In addition, during the protest and human chain in front of the Dhap branch of Islami Bank Bangladesh, prominent customers of Islami Bank Mohammad Belayet Hossain, Mohammad Azadi, Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Mohammad Abdullahil Hafiz, among others, spoke.
