Founding anniversary of Chhatra League celebrated in Goalando

The 76th founding anniversary of Bangladesh Chhatra League was celebrated at Goalando in Rajbari with colourful arrangements and enthusiasm.
On Thursday at around 5 pm organized by Goalando Upazila Chhatra League, Chhatra League leaders and activists along with invited guests hoisted the national and party flags at the upazila Awami League office and presented wreaths to Bangabandhu's portrait.
From there, Goland Upazila Chhatra League President Md. Tuhin Dewan and General Secretary Abir Hossain Riday took out a colorful procession in the city and ended at Shaheed Freedom Fighter Fakir Mohiuddin Ansar Club. Later, around 6 pm, the leaders and activists celebrated the birth anniversary by cutting a cake at the Upazila Awami League office. District Awami League general secretary Kazi Iradat Ali was present as the chief guest.
Among others, Goalando Upazila Parishad Chairman and Upazila Awami League President Md. Mustafa Munshi, general secretary Biplab Ghosh, mayor of the municipality and president of the municipal Awami LeagueNazrul Islam Mandal, District Awami League Science and Technology Affairs Secretary Rakibul Islam Shantunu, Upazila Chhatra League Ex-President ABM Baten, Nazimul Islam Britain, District Upazila Chhatra League President Tuhin Dewan, General Secretary Abir Hossain Riday, Municipal Chhatra League President Ratul Ahmed Sajal, General Secretary Akash Saha, College Chhatra League president Amirul Islam Babu and other upazila and union level Chhatra League leaders and activists were present in it.
