A debate competition on corruption prevention was held at Pilot Girls' High School and College, a traditional educational institution in Adamdighi Upazila of Bogura district, today at 11:30 am on Thursday. Bogra District Anti-Corruption Commission organized a debate competition between students from two schools in the final round at the auditorium of Adamdighi Pilot Girls High School and College.
The debate competition on corruption prevention was presided over by Upazila Corruption Prevention Committee President and Pilot Girls High School and College Assistant Professor Nur Alam. Deputy Director of the District Corruption Prevention Commission Md.Rokonuzzaman was present as the chief guest, Deputy Assistant Director of the District Corruption Prevention Commission Md. Sajjad Hossain was present as the special guest, and the principal of the institution Abdus Salam Talukder was also present as the special guest.
The two institutions participating in the final round of Debate Competition-25 are IPJ Pilot High School and Pilot Girls High School and College Adamdighi. The 10th grade students of both the institutions presented a fascinating debate competition. The debaters of Pilot Girls High School and College are Riya Moni, Sumaiya Jannat, Mustariba Moon against the debaters of IPJ Pilot High School are Siam, Bilawal Hasan, Mainul Hasan,
Abdul Latif, a senior lecturer in the English department of the institution, was the moderator of the debate competition. At that time, the teaching staff and students of both the institutions were present. At the end of the final round of the debate competition, the champions of Girls High School and College and the runners-up of IPJ Pilot High School were awarded prizes. Mustariba Moon, a 10th grade student of Pilot Girls High School and College, won the best debater award.
