Cub-Carnival (Cub Scouts) is a joyful and educational festival specially organized for children, which helps in developing discipline, leadership, empathy and various skills among children.
It is a wonderful experience for Cub Scouts all over the country. A joyful and educational festival program was held on Monday at the premises of the Government Muksudpur Saber Mia Jasimuddin (S,J) Model High School.
The program was inaugurated by Muksudpur UNO and Upazila Scout Committee President Tasnim Akhter.
Present at the event were Sunil Chandra Mandal, Headmaster of Govt Muksudpur Saber Mia Jasimuddin (S,J) Model High School and Commissioner of Upazila Scout Committee, Upazila Scout Committee General Secretary Md. Lulu Hossain Munshi, Upazila Assistant Education Officer Sushanta Baroi, M. Mahatab Uddin, Sujan Kumar Saha, Nabin Kumar Roy, Muksudpur Press Club President Md. Chiru Mia and General Secretary Kazi Md. Ohidul Islam, Upazila Scout Committee Vice President Asma Khanam, Joint General Secretary Nurul Islam Baki, Upazila Scout Committee Deputy Assistant Commissioner Md. Qayum Sharif, Treasurer Md. Ohidul Islam and Upazila Cub Leader Haider Ali Molla Hira.
210 students from 30 primary schools of the upazila participated in the Cub Carnival joyful and educational festival. Sports competitions were held in 8 events.
