Commuter train derails at Gopibagh

A Narayanganj-bound commuter train derailed at Gopibagh in the capital on Thursday morning.
Following the derailment, train services on the Dhaka-Narayanganj and Dhaka-Mawa-Bhanga routes were disrupted.
The accident occurred around 7:30am, said Kamalapur Station master Md Anwar Hossain.
"Sundarban Express got stuck due to the derailment. The line could be cleared soon and the Sundarban Express can get on its way. We are trying to resume services."
