On the occasion of BNP's 48th founding anniversary in Dohar, the celebration was marked by colourful rallies, processions, hoisting of party and national flags, and discussion meetings.

These programs were organized by various union BNP and municipal ward BNP and allied organizations of the upazila from 2 pm on Tuesday. A large number of leaders and workers participated in the program. Enthusiasm and enthusiasm were seen among the party leaders and workers at that time.

A colorful procession started from the Upazila BNP office and circled the main roads of the Upazila Sadar and ended at the same place. The leaders and workers in the rally held party flags, banners and colorful festoons and chanted various party slogans. Khandaker Abu Ashfaq, MP from Dhaka-1 (Dohar-Nawabganj) constituency and Dhaka District BNP President, spoke as the chief guest at the colorful rally, procession and gathering. During his speech, he called on everyone to come under the flag of BNP. He also said, "In the last 6 months, we have done various developmental works including construction of new roads and excavation of canals in the Upazila Health Complex in Dohar-Nawabganj. In the future, we will do more developmental work in this region. So, you can be a partner in all these developmental works by coming under the flag of BNP."

Upazila BNP President Nazrul Islam Mecher, General Secretary Masud Parvez, Organizing Secretary Sentu Bhuiyan, Municipality BNP President SM Kuddus, Dhaka District Jubo Dal Vice-President Abul Hashem Bepari and leaders of various party organizations were present.
