Md. Nazmul, Morelganj (Bagerhat)

Kazi Khairuzzaman Shipon, a dedicated BNP activist and a popular leader of Bagerhat-4 constituency, has been setting a shining example of social service. For the fourth consecutive day during the holy month of Ramadan, he has shared iftar with orphaned and Hafiz children—not just as an event, but as a silent movement of humanity on Wednesday.

A special iftar gathering was organized by the 9th Boloibunia Union BNP at Amtala Bazar in Morelganj upazila. Hundreds of leaders and activists participated, along with over a hundred orphaned and madrasa Hafiz students. The event, filled with harmony, love, and sincerity, was an exceptional effort to bring smiles to the faces of underprivileged children.

Kazi Khairuzzaman Shipon did not just arrange the iftar; he personally served food to the children, inquired about their well-being, and also distributed Eid gifts. Speaking on the occasion, he said:

The chief guest at the event was Morelganj Upazila BNP convener Shahidul Haque Babul. A Poura BNP convener Shikdar Faridul Islam, Upazila BNP joint conveners Shamim Ahsan Fakir, Samad Hossain Fakir, Poura BNP joint conveners Asaduzzaman Milon, Afzal Zomaddar, former student leader Kh.M. Badiuzzaman Bodi, former Panchakaran Union chairman Abdul Khaleq, joint convener Fakir Russel Al Islam, Poura Sramik Dal president Masud Khan Chunnu, former student leader Md. Shafik, and other BNP leaders were present.

Before iftar, a special prayer was held for the welfare of the nation and the people.
