Classes have started in schools and colleges from Sunday amid intense heat wave. Although the attendance of school students is relatively low, water bells have been introduced for students so that no one gets sick in the heat. Water is being provided to the young students every time after the class starts in the school college from the morning.

Cumilla Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Fahmida Mustafa said, I have checked the schools of Comilla city since morning, students are very enthusiastic about drinking water in the schools. Cumilla Deputy Commissioner Khandaker Mu Mushfiqur Rahman said that I have written to all the educational institutions to drink water at regular intervals so that the students do not fall ill due to the intense heat wave. I have taken information from every educational institution since morning. Young students are drinking water after every class. The students are excited about it.
