Gauspur City FC champions of Zone Commander’s Cup in Longadu

Gauspur City FC emerged victorious in the final match of the Zone Commander’s Cup Football Tournament, securing a 1–0 triumph over Madhyampara Jubo Sangh of Baghaichhari Upazila to take home the championship title. The tournament was organized by the 37 BGB Battalion at Rajnagar Zone in Longadu.
Following the match, Brigadier General Sohel Ahmed, Region Commander of the South Eastern Region (BGB), attended as the chief guest and distributed the trophies to the champion and runner-up teams.
The event was attended by notable officials, including Rajnagar Zone Commander Lt. Col. Shahnewaz Taskin Ahmed, PSC; Longadu Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Md. Jahangir Hossain; Rajnagar Zone Assistant Director K.H.M. Zakaria; the Upazila Project Implementation Officer; local Union Council chairmen; traditional leaders (headmen and karbaris); and thousands of enthusiastic football fans.
