Gas, electricity crisis result of looting over past 17 years : Khairul Kabir Khokon MP

BNP Joint Secretary General and MP for Narsingdi-1 Sadar constituency Khairul Kabir Khokon said that the ongoing gas and electricity crisis in the country is not a temporary problem created by BNP, but rather it is due to the continuity of looting, corruption, injustice, oppression and torture over the past 17 years.
And he called on everyone to be aware, stating that a deep conspiracy is underway to destroy the image of the current government.
He made these remarks while attending a discussion meeting and prayer meeting organized at the district BNP office on Friday afternoon to mark the 48th founding anniversary of the Women's Party.
Addressing the leaders and activists of the women's party, he also said, "On the eve of the last election, we saw how Jamaat-Shibir, especially the women of Jamaat-Shibir, tried to brainwash women by going door to door in the name of education.
Narsingdi District Women's Party President Ed. Umme Salma Maya presided over the meeting, which was also attended by District BNP General Secretary and Narsingdi-3 Shibpur constituency MP Manjur Elahi, Harun Or Rashid, AKM Golam Kabir Kamal, Faruk Uddin Bhuiyan and other leaders and activists.
