Quality education holds key to transforming Bangladesh : Disaster Minister Dulu

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Asadul Habib Dulu, MP on Friday affirmed that the future development of the nation relies fundamentally on improving the quality of education across all academic levels.
Addressing an exchange meeting with heads of institutions and teachers from madrasas, technical institutes, and colleges under Lalmonirhat Sadar Upazila as the chief guest at the Upazila Parishad premises, the minister stated that upgrading educational standards remains essential to building a transformed Bangladesh. He stressed that students must be equipped not only with high academic marks, but also with practical knowledge, skills, moral values, and patriotism.
Minister Asadul Habib Dulu urged institutional heads and educators to adopt a more proactive role in enhancing classroom environments, maintaining regular student attendance, reducing dropout rates, and integrating modern technological knowledge into academic curricula.
Presided over by local administrative leaders, the meeting featured remarks from Lalmonirhat Deputy Commissioner Rashedul Haq Pradhan and District Council Administrator A.K.M. Mominul Haq. Participating educators and institutional heads also presented their views regarding operational challenges, prospective developments, and strategies for elevating education quality across the district.
