Nandail Municipal BNP holds workers' rally : Implementation of election promisrs has already begun : State Minister Yaser Khan Chowdhury

Nandail Municipal BNP held a workers' rally on Saturday afternoon at Samurtta Jahan Women's College ground in Nandail, Mymensingh.
Chief guest State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Yaser Khan Chowdhury, MP, said the government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, has already begun implementing BNP's election commitments through phased development work. He urged leaders and activists to work sincerely and warned against misuse of the party's name for personal gain.
He said there would be no place for drugs, extortion, terrorism, gambling, or oppression in Nandail. He added that development projects for roads, bridges, culverts, mosques, madrasas, and educational institutions are underway to turn Nandail into a modern, peaceful model township.
The rally was presided over by Acting Convener Nazrul Islam Fakir and conducted by Member Secretary Rafiquzzaman Monir.
A.K.M. Enayet Ullah Kalam, Convener of Mymensingh North District BNP, called for unity among party leaders and activists. Motahar Hossain Talukdar, Chairman of the Mymensingh District Development Authority and Joint Convener of the district BNP, said the BNP has always worked for public welfare and would continue to stand beside its leaders and activists.
Upazila BNP Member Secretary Enamul Qadir, Senior Joint Convener Mizanur Rahman Liton, Joint Convener Babu Pallab Roy, BNP leader Hasnat Mahmud Talha, and Municipal BNP Joint Convener Sirajul Islam also spoke.
Leaders and activists from the Upazila and Municipal BNP, Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal, and other affiliated bodies attended the rally, which drew a festive procession from different wards of the municipality.
