Against Quotas I

In free Bengal, why must we face,
Discrimination's harsh embrace?
Shall we need the roar of arms,
To guard our land from further harms?
Talents suffer, left behind,
Are they not of our own kind?
No foreigner, no alien, see,
Yet denied their dignity.
If merit's worth the state denies,
In acts against it, hope then lies.
To honor minds and skill, we stand,
For justice in our cherished land.
