Sublong Channel Swimming-2024 held at Kaptai Lake

"Kaptai Lake will swim, fear will win. Swim regularly, health is good!! Sublong Channel Swimming-2024 is held on the theme.
Shahid Minar Ghat is 13.5 km from Sublong Bazar organized by District Administration and Rangamati District Sports Association on Saturday. 26 swimmers of Bengal's Dolphins participated in the swimming competition.
The competition starts at 8.47 am. The first winner of the competition arrived at Shahid Minar Ghat from Sublong Bazar in 3 hours 54 minutes.
Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Khan attended the ceremony as the chief guest and distributed the awards.
Special guests were Rangamati Zone Commander Lt. Col. Md. Ershad Hossain Chowdhury, Rangamati Superintendent of Police Dr. SM Farhad Hossain, Civil Surgeon Nuyen Khisa.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md. Ruhul Amin, Assistant Commissioner of District Administration and Executive Magistrate Md. Shamim Hossain, Additional Deputy Commissioner Nasreen Sultana.
Saiful Islam Russell of Barguna district won first place in the competition, Toufikuzzaman of Satkhira upazila came second, S. I. M Ferdous came third.
