Distribution of paddy seedling among farmers, plantation in Rupganj

In the Rohila area of Rupganj, Narayanganj, continuous rainfall over the past few days has flooded agricultural lands, leaving hundreds of local farmers in distress. Considering the plight of these farmers, Mohammad Dulal Hossain—former Joint Secretary of the Central Jubo Dal and BNP nomination aspirant for the Rupganj constituency—coordinated with the Power and Water Development Board to resolve the waterlogging issue. He then took part in planting paddy seedlings in the arable lands.
On Saturday morning, he, along with hundreds of local farmers, planted paddy seedlings in the Rohila beel (wetlands). Mohammad Dulal stated that the plantation was carried out as part of the implementation of the 31-point demand announced by BNP’s Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman. Additionally, fertilizers and agricultural seeds were distributed free of cost to the affected farmers due to the excessive rainfall.
He assured that he will continue to work for his party and the people of the country.
