
B iennial Conference organized by Narsundar Youth Welfare Association in Jaldhaka

The biennial conference 2025 organized by Narsundar Youth Welfare Association was held in Jaldhaka, Nilphamari at Jaldhaka Pilot Girls' High School.on Saturday.
The chief guest at the event was Maulana Md. Obaidullah Salafi, Shura member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Nilphamari District Branch and MP candidate from Jaldhaka constituency.
Special guest present was President of Jaldhaka Press Club, Kamaruzzaman. Also present were Narsundar Youth Welfare Association Nilphamari District Branch President Babu Adhir Chandra Shil Kulo, General Secretary Advocate Santosh Kumar Shil. The program was presided over by Md. Shafiqul Rahman Shofi, former vice-president of Narsundar Youth Welfare Association.
The chief guest assured everyone that "I am with you and will remain with you. If you need any cooperation, inform me immediately. I will try to solve your problems." He concluded his speech by thanking all the leaders of Narsundar Youth Welfare Association.
Special guest Kamaruzzaman said, "You must carry out all activities above fear. Ahead is Durga Puja—celebrate it without fear. If anyone comes to obstruct, we will resist them," expressing his optimism.He highlighted various development activities of the association and said that in the upcoming election Jamaat will stand by them.
Also present were President Babu Lal Chand Shil of Kishoreganj Upazila Branch of Narsingdi Youth Welfare Association, President Babu Suresh Shil of Domar Upazila Branch of Narsundar Youth Welfare Association, presidents, general secretaries and general members of various unions, as well as the president and general secretary of the municipal committee. Everyone gave short speeches on how the Narsundar Youth Welfare Association will move forward and conduct developmental activities.
Later, Advocate Babu Santosh Kumar Shil, General Secretary of Narsundar Youth Welfare Association Nilphamari District Branch, announced the dissolution of the previous committee and proposed the formation of a new committee.
In the second session, a 21-member committee was unanimously formed with Shafiqul Islam (Shofi) as President and Ashish Kumar Biswas, Senior Staff Reporter of Dainik Matrijagat newspaper, as General Secretary.
After the second session, the President declared the conclusion of the program.
