
Training on consumer electronics, refrigeration, air conditioning held in Satkhira

The official inauguration of the "Effective Literacy and Practical Skills Training (Pre-vocational Stage)" course was held as part of the special activities of the Non-Formal Education Bureau under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.
On Monday afternoon, the principal of Satkhira Government Technical School and College held a meeting in the hall of Satkhira Government Technical School and College.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Ripon Biswas spoke as the chief guest at the event organized by the District Non-Formal Education Bureau, which is conducting the course and implementing the course, Satkhira Government Technical School and College, under the chairmanship of Muhammad Ferdous Arefin.
District Primary Education Officer Md. Ruhul Amin and District Non-Formal Education Bureau Assistant Director Md. Mozaffar Uddin were present as special guests.
At this time, Field Monitoring Assistant of the "Effective Literacy and Practical Skills Training (Pre-Vocational Stage)" course, Md. Kamrul Islam, along with officials from various levels related to the course, were present.
A total of 40 students who have dropped out of class 8 or below will participate in the "Effective Literacy and Practical Skills Training (Pre-Vocational Stage)" course, 20 each in two trades: Consumer Electronics and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
