Reception to dignitaries, inauguration of Eid Ananda Mela in Ishwardi

Late Shah Anisur Rahman Seva Foundation inaugurated the Eid Ananda Mela in Mathal Para of Ishwardi with the reception of eminent persons and the creation of a drug free society.
Rafiqul Islam, Officer-In-Charge of Ishwardi police station, was present as the chief guest in these events organized for two days on Sunday night.
Under the chairmanship of Alhaj¦ Shah Anisur Rahman, president of Ishwardi Upazila Press Club and organizing secretary of the Central Executive Council of National Journalist Society Towhid Akter Panna, SI Sharifuzzaman of Ishwardi police station, national medalist farmer Alhaj¦ Rabiul Islam, Wazed Ali member, Salim Mandal, Rafiqul Islam, Mujibur Rahman Sardar, Raku Biswas were present as special guests.
At the end of the opening ceremony, five prominent people including Ishwardi police officer in-charge Rafiqul Islam, president of Ishwardi Upazila Press Club Towhid Akhtar Panna, Alhaj¦ Rabiul Islam, Wazed Ali member, Salim Mondal, Rafiqul Islam, Mujibur Rahman Sardar were given the honour crest for their special achievements in their respective fields .
