Plaitrif got ownership of land through court in Domar

After a long court case, the plaintiff got the court decree and got possession of 2 acres 30 decimal land land through the court itself.
On Saturday (November 12) from morning to afternoon, Athiya Bari Mauza of Harinchara Union of Nilphamari, Domar, Nilphamari, was given possession by the Najir of Atradalat, Mr. Bharat Chandra Roy, as per the order of the court. Earlier, Nazir Bharat Chandra Roy, with the help of
Domar police station, ordered the removal of the residence of Antarul Rahman, the son of deceased Ishahak Ali, the defendant occupant of the area, and the cutting of paddy in the cultivated land. At the end of the removal, red flags and drums were raised on the decreed land to inform the general public.
In the end, possession was given to Majeda's family, the heir of the deceased Yakub Hossain's wife, in Hatir Karai area of Dharmapal Union of Jaldhaka Upazila, next to the court's decree. SI Rabiul Awal led the police station. At that time, the chairman of the concerned union, Russell Rana, provided full cooperation in the implementation of the court order.
