New building of Bauphal Shilpakala Academy inaugurated

The new building of the Upazila Shilpakala Academy has been inaugurated in Baufal, Patuakhali. Bauphal UNO Saleh Ahmed inaugurated the new building at a ceremony held at the Upazila Parishad premises on Wednesday afternoon.
During the inauguration, UNO Saleh Ahmed said, "Healthy and beautiful culture plays an imortant role in keeping the youth and youth society away from drugs, online gambling and other vices. The creativity and mindfulness of the youth are developed through cultural practices. Therefore, the new building of the Shilpakala Academy will play an important role in further accelerating the practice of art and culture in Baufla."
He further said that it is necessary to organize regular cultural programs, training and various creative activities to make the new generation culture-oriented. He expressed hope that the Upazila Arts Academy will play an important role in this regard.
Upazila administration officials and employees, cultural figures, artists, local dignitaries, teachers, students, and people from different walks of life were present at the event.
