National Youth Day rally discussion meeting held at Gafargaon

Upazila Administration and Youth Development Department organised a youth rally in Gafargaon on Friday with slogan "Skillful youth will build the country, non-discrimination Bangladesh", tree planting in memory of the martyrs killed in the anti-discrimination student movement, youth oath reading, discussion meeting, youth loan Checks and certificates are distributed to the trainees.
On the occasion of National Youth Day, a youth rally in the morning circled the main main road of the Upazila Sadar and ended at the Upazila Parishad Square.
Under the chairmanship of Upazila Youth Development Officer Md. Mofazzal Hossain, Upazila Executive Officer Rubaiya Yasmin spoke as the chief guest in the discussion meeting in the presence of trained youth and young women.
Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Amir Salman Roni, youth organizer Sohan Mia and successful women entrepreneur Akalima Khatun among others spoke at the meeting.
Officials of different departments of upazila administration, elite , media workers and members of youth organizations were present in the event. After the discussion, 1 lakh 80 thousand taka youth loan check and 18 thousand taka, saplings and certificates were distributed among 30 trainees with the aim of creating self-employment among 3 trained youth and young women.
