On the occasion of National Revolution and Solidarity Day, after a century and a half, a joyous procession and discussion meeting was held in Netrakona.

On Thursday at 11 am, the colourful rally started from the party office in Chhota Bazar and after the circuit of the main main road of the city, it met at Shaheed Minar for discussion. Earlier in the morning, the leaders from different areas with banner festoons gathered at the party office in Chhota Bazar with a piecemeal procession.

The most attractive part of the Anand procession was the participation of two young children dressed like the martyred President Ziaur Rahman and Begum Khaleda Zia.
