Naeem champion in DU Amar Ekushey Hall annual sports competition

Md. Naeem Islam, a student of the Department of Zoology, became the champion and Md. Sajjad Shahriar Ragib, a student of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, became the runner-up in the annual sports competition of Dhaka University Amar Ekushey Hall.
Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Prof Dr. Mamun Ahmed inaugurated the competition as the chief guest on Tuesday morning at the central playground. After the game, Treasurer Professor Dr. M. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury distributed prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
The program was presided over by Amar Ekushey Hall Principal Professor Dr. Istiak M. Syed, along with Dhaka University Athletics Committee President Professor Dr. S. M. Arif Mahmud, Acting Director of the Physical Education Center SM Zakaria, and other principals of various halls, residential teachers and students were present.
