Monthly Welfare and Crime Review Meetings Held by Kushtia District Police

Kushtia District Police held its monthly Welfare Meeting on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in the Police Lines Conference Hall.
The meeting was organised by Kushtia District Police and was attended by the Superintendent of Police, Mohammad Jasim Uddin, PPM (Bar), as the chief guest.
The Superintendent of Police delivered a motivational and directive speech to the police personnel. Various welfare proposals adopted at the previous month's meeting were approved and implemented.
In recognition of outstanding performance during June 2026, a total of 16 police personnel were honoured in three categories. The awardees included the Best SI , Best Sergeant/TSI, Best ASI , Best Warrant Executing Officer, and Outstanding Constable. Besides, Superintendent of Police presented commemorative mementoes and extended best wishes to three recently retired police personnel of Kushtia District Police in appreciation of their dedicated service.
Following the Welfare Meeting, the Monthly Crime Review Meeting was held at 12c p.m. in the conference room of the Office of the Superintendent of Police. The meeting was conducted by Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Pranab Kumar Sarkar and chaired by Superintendent of Police Mohammad Jasim Uddin.
The meeting reviewed the overall law and order situation in the district, crime prevention initiatives, disposal of cases, execution of warrants, and ongoing operations against narcotics and other criminal activities.
Additional Superintendent of Police (Bheramara Circle) Md. Delwar Hossain, probationary Assistant Superintendents of Police, Officers-in-Charge of all police stations in the district, the OC of the District Detective Branch (DB), DIO-1 (DSB), OC (MT), Reserve Inspector (Police Lines), RO-1, and other senior officers and members of Kushtia District Police were present.
