Malaysian Envoy calls on DU VC

Malaysian High Commissioner in Bangladesh Mohd. Shuhada Othman paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan today December 17, 2024 at the latter’s office of the university. Associate Professor of DU Political Science Department Kazi Mohammad Mahbobor Rahman was present on this occasion.
During the meeting they discussed matters of mutual interests specially the possibilities of strengthening ongoing joint collaborative academic and research programs among the University of Dhaka and higher educational institutions in Malaysia.
The possibilities of exchange of teachers and students among DU and different Malaysian universities were also discussed in the meeting.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan thanked the High Commissioner for his visit to Dhaka University and keen interest in its academic and research activities.
