Students of anti-discrimination student movement formed a human chain in Brahmanbaria on Saturday afternoon to protest against the rape and murder of Moumita, a female doctor of RG Kar Medical College in West Bengal, India. At this time, the students demanded maximum punishment for the culprits.
Anti-discrimination student movement volunteers Maqbul Ahmed Maruf, Shah Alam Palawan, Mehrunnesa Munia and others spoke in the human chain held in front of Brahmanbaria Press Club.
At this time, the speakers said that during the student movement in Bangladesh, the students of the neighboring country India provided support.
