JnU, IU signs MoU for research collaboration

Jagannath University (JnU) and Islami University (IU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Research collaboration.The agreement will be valid for three years to promote research.

The MoU was signed at JnU Vice-Chancellor's Conference Room on Thursday.

The agreement was signed by JnU Treasurer Prof. Dr. Kamaluddin Ahmad on behalf of JnU and IU Treasurer Prof. Dr. Md. Alamgir Hossain Bhuiya on behalf of IU.

Through this agreement, teachers, researchers, and students of both universities will be able to jointly conduct academic and research work on issues related to joint research, publication, socio-economic exclusion, deprivation, and the inclusive growth of tribal and other backward communities.

In addition to laboratory, academic, and research facilities, infrastructural support, advice to other parties for academic and research growth, identification of areas of research interest, exchange of education, research, and specific areas, exchange of academic information and materials, joint research, workshops, conferences, and collaborative activities

Meanwhile, Jagannath University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Imdadul Haque and Islami University Vice-Chancellor Professor Sheikh Abdus Salam were present there.
