Two passengers of CNG killed in collision between truck - CNG in Ishwardi

Two passengers of CNG were killed in a collision between truck and CNG in Ishwardi.

The accident took place on Wednesday morning in Sara Marwari School and College area of Iswardi-Bagha regional highway. CNG driver and 2 others were seriously injured in this incident. The deceased were identified as Asan Molla (65), son of Zeher Molla of Old Ishwardi village of Lalpur upazila of Natore and Jinnat Ali (54), son of Abdul Jalil of Dakshin Lalpur village of the same upazila. Officer-in-Charge of Ishwardi Police Station Arvind Sarkar. He said that the police recovered the bodies of the victims after receiving information about the accident.

Bar Council leader Advocate Rabiul Alam Budu's call for regular sports practice

Advocate Rabiul Alam Budu, central leader of Awami League and Chairman of Bangladesh Bar Council Finance Committee and child-loving public leader called for regular sports practice in addition to education.

The speakers referred to the development of the current railway-friendly government and demanded to maintain the communication system of important foreign passengers including Russians from the historical Ishwardi railway station and said that if the two trains are withdrawn from Ishwardi besides the suffering of the passengers, the railway authority will lose a large amount of revenue. Speakers sought urgent intervention of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Railway Minister.

Awami League leader Kanak felicitated for visiting Puja Mandap, donations

Sakibur Rahman Sharif Kanak, member of Pabna District Awami League, has created a record by visiting and donating seventeen puja mandaps as the chief guest out of forty two mandaps of Ishwardi Atghariya in the ongoing big autumn festival of Sanatan Dharma. From Monday evening to twelve midnight, Ishwardi spoke as the chief guest in seventeen temples including Moubaria Central Temple, Atgharia Central Matri Mandir, Gorari Sarbjanin Matri Mandir and Uttarchak Central Thakur Bari Mandir. At the same time, he donated 20/25 thousand rupees for the development of various temples including Central Matri Mandir, Gorari Sarvajanin Matri Mandir and Uttarchak Central Thakur Bari Mandir.

In the chief guest's speech, he mentioned Sheikh Hasina's leadership in building a smart Bangladesh and called for the election of the boat candidate to win in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

The organizers were happy to participate and give donations to this leader of the Awami League as the chief guest in such an event. As an example of love, Sakibur Rahman Sharif gave Kanak a crest and welcomed him. It should be noted that Sheikh Hasina set an example by opening the corona treatment center and oxygen center during the Sakibur Rahman Sharif Konak Corona period and distributing food items to lakhs of families.
