The various models Indian stolen mobile phones now in available over the Rajshahi Division. The stolen phones have occupied a large market in the upazila and district.

The local people, police and governments employees have been using these mobile. Due to, Bangladesh government have been deprived from vat and taxes.

The stolen mobile is being selling over the upazila and district in Chapinababgonj and Rajshahi include others districts. It is very easy to purchase price of 50 to 60 percent less out of actual value. There for all of governments employees and local peoples is buying the stolen phones.

The stolen mobile is available over the 9th upazil and city of Rajshahi. A few stolen mobile traders are very much happy to selling the phone and customer also happy with them. But actual traders of mobile phone said, the made in Indian phone is occupying a large market of the country. Due to the stolen phones they cannot doing proper business. The high configurations mobile as like Samsung, Apple, Redmi, Realmi, Showmi now available in stolen market. Why not, they are selling less than 50 to 60 percent. The actual traders have demand as soon as possible have to take action against them.

The mobile user is large quantity out of 16 corer and 51 lakh people of Bangladesh. According to 2022-23 information the Smartphone user was 56% but the mobile phone sime user is 1 corer. However, the 55.89 percent users age of 5 to above and 72.31% users’ age of 18 to above.

The 66.53 percent user is gender those who are age of 5 to above and 45.53% is women. On the other hand, the 86.72% man and 58.83% women have been used the mobile phones. But, the stolen phone user is not countable over the country because of it cannot be possible to says what is the correct number of the mobile phone users have in the country.

Additional SP Rafiqul Alom said, they have no any actual information stolen mobile phone. The police will be taken action when anyone submitted complained in the police stations about the stolen mobile phone.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Afia Akter told this Correspondent of the Asain Age, do not allow any offence. The administration will be taken action in the legal way.
