Housewife meets on Facebook, gets married, finally her body found in Kalapara

Police have recovered the hanging body of a housewife named Mili Akhter Maya (23) in Kalapara, Patuakhali. She is the wife of Naeem (25) of the same area. The deceased Mili is said to be the daughter of Khorshed Alam of Chandpur district.
Mili Akhter Maya was found hanging by her husband Naeem at her home in Nayuripara village of Latachapoli union under Mohipur police station on Sunday morning. When she screamed, local people rushed to the spot and informed the Mohipur police station.
According to local sources, they got married about two years ago after meeting through Facebook. They had been living together for the past two years. However, it is not yet known what caused this incident.
Upon receiving the information, Mahipur police station went to the spot, recovered the body and brought it to Mahipur police station. However, the actual cause of death could not be ascertained.
OC of Mahipur Police Station Md. Shamim Ahmed said, "Upon receiving the news, the police went to the spot and recovered the body of the housewife. After examining the body, it was sent to the Patuakhali Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. A UD case has been filed in this incident. The real incident will be known after receiving the autopsy report."
