Staff Correspondent
State Minister for Primary and Mass Education, Bobby Hajjaj, today announced that the government is actively developing an integrated and accountable structural framework to guarantee quality education for all students across the country.
As part of this initiative, all English medium schools in Bangladesh are being brought under a uniform regulatory policy to standardize the quality of education, teaching excellence, student safety, institutional accountability, and national interest.
The State Minister disclosed this during his official visit to The Aga Khan Academy Dhaka on Wednesday.
During the visit, he toured a student exhibition organized by the academy, observing various research papers, innovative projects, and creative presentations developed by the pupils.
The State Minister emphasized that the government aims to nurture an education system where students do not merely memorize to achieve high test scores, but instead learn how to think critically, innovate, and lead.
Furthermore, Hajjaj stated that regardless of the institutional stream—whether standard Bangla medium, English version, or English medium—all students must receive equal opportunities.
He highly commended the academy for its modern instructional methodologies, student-centric pedagogy, and leadership development programs.
