DU VC visits student involved in dressing related incident

Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan visited the student involved in the dressing -related incident on Saturday.
Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin ( Prof Dr. Saima Haque Bidisha and Proctor Associate Prof Saifuddin Ahmed were present at the time.
After meeting the victim student, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan inquired about her physical and mental condition. At the same time, he said that her overall safety will be ensured. An investigation committee has been formed in this regard. He also assured the student that further action will be taken against the accused based on the report of this committee.
It is mentioned that the accused employee Mustafa Asif Arnab has already been temporarily relieved.
