Dr Kaniz Sultana Shanti: A renowned physician, public health researcher

Dr. Kaniz Sultana Shanti has emerged as a prominent physician and public health researcher in Bangladesh, earning international recognition for her outstanding contributions to medical science and maternal health development.
Born in Chandpur, she is the only daughter of Advocate Md. Abdul Quddus, a distinguished tax advisor and former president of the Chandpur District Bar Association.
Dr. Shanti completed her SSC and HSC from Chandpur Matripith Government Girls' High School and Chandpur Government College, respectively, with notable success. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Gonoshasthaya Samaj Kendra Medical College in 2008.
