Death of FF Habibur Rahman in Longdu

Md. Habibur Rahman, a brave freedom fighter of Longadu Upazila of Rangamati, has passed away. He was 95 years old at the time of his death on Friday.
At the end of Bad Juma, the late brave freedom fighter Md. Habibur Rahman was given a state guard of honor after the funeral prayers at Ganthachara Government Primary School in his native upazila.
Guard of honor was given by the police team led by Longdu Police Station (OC) Investigation Shanjid Ahmed.
Longadu Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Johnny Roy, police officer Shahabur Alam, brave freedom fighter Khorshed Alam, brave freedom fighter Shahnewaz Chowdhury, Baitush Sharaf Complex Super Maulana Forkan Ahmed and other freedom fighters and prominent people of the area were present.
Shah Alam, son of the late freedom fighter Md. Habibur Rahman, said that his father (the freedom fighter) was suffering from various diseases for a long time due to old age. He passed away at his home Thursday night.
