3-day conference begins on April 24 at SUST

The three-day eighth international conference on technology research, innovation, and education arranged by the School of Applied Sciences and Technology at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology will begin on April 24. About 80 teachers and 288 students from 42 universities and research institutions in the country and abroad will present their research papers at the conference.The members of the organizing committee informed this at a press conference at the SUST Press Club office on Tuesday at 1 pm.
Conference Secretary Professor Dr. Md. Tamez Uddin said that the inaugural ceremony of the conference will be held at the university's central auditorium on April 24 at 9 am. Syeda Rizwana Hasan, Advisor to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and the Ministry of Water Resources of the interim government, will be present as the chief guest and SUST Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A. M. Sarwaruddin Chowdhury will be present as the chairman. The conference will cover 63 technical sessions and 3 plenary sessions. In addition, selected papers from the conference will be published in a special edition of the Journal of Engineering Research, Innovation, and Education (JERIE) and Springer Conference Proceedings.
