21 arrested including 3 in special operation in Rajshahi city

In a special operation conducted by Rajshahi Police and DB Police, a total of 21 individuals have been arrested in Rajshahi metropolitan area, including 3 for various specific allegations.
In the last 24 hours ending Thursday , special operations were carried out in different parts of the city, leading to the arrest of 3 individuals on charges related to attacks on anti-discrimination student movements, explosions, terrorist activities, and other crimes. Additionally, 18 others were arrested during RMP's regular operations, including 4 with outstanding warrants and 14 on various other charges.
Those arrested in the special operation include M.A. Mannan Babu (45), Lutfar (41), and Md. Rocky (28). Babu is the son of Rahat Ali from Shiroil Railway Colony under Boalia Model Police Station in Rajshahi Metropolitan and is a former Vice-President of the Railway Workers League. Lutfar is the son of the late Shukurullah from Taluk Dharmapur under Karnahar Police Station and a former Ward President of Jubo League. Rocky, a Jubo League activist, is the son of Md. Golam from Dingadoba under Rajpara Police Station.
Legal action has been taken against the arrested individuals.
