14 arrested in separate cases in Araihazar

Police from Araihazar Police Station in Narayanganj arrested 14 individuals in connection with separate cases on Tuesday and subsequently sent them to the Narayanganj court. Police sources confirmed that the arrests were made following raids conducted in their respective localities.
The arrested individuals are: Abdul Halim (38), son of Abdul Marlek from Krishnapura area of the municipal town; Jewel (27), son of Ahammad Mia from Deyabai East Para, Satgram Union; Md. Saiful Islam (29), son of Abu Sayed, and Badhan (22), son of Dulal Mia, both from Laskardi area, Brahmandi Union; Kabir Hossain (40), son of Afazuddin from Ulukandi West Para, and Tajul Islam (40), son of Helaluddin from Ulukandi East Para, Gopaldi Municipality; Md. Sohel Mia (24), son of Yusuf Ali from Bogadi Balarampur, Fatepur Union; Jalil (28), son of Izzat Ali from Brahmandi Sharpara, Brahmandi Union; Md. Khokon Ali (50), son of Ambar Ali from Kamranirchar Dastardi, Araihazar Municipality; Rokeya Begum (38), daughter of Asmat Ali from Jalakandi, Gopaldi Municipality; Sonia Akter (27), daughter of Nurul Islam from Gazipur Sadar area; Md. Tusim Rahman Joy (23), son of Awlad Hossain Bhuiyan from Chhoto Fausa, Brahmandi Union; Mahabub (34), son of Nuruddin Bhuiyan from Maruadi, Brahmandi Union; and Sudhangshu, alias Pagla, son of Sachindra Chandra from Duptara area.
